Elvis WanumeWas E.F.A. Volunteer Instructor - Elvis joined the department in Sept. 2007 and has been very instrumental in the establishment and management of the English for Adults Literacy programme for refugees. His duties involve teaching English & entrepreneurship skills, preparing teaching materials, coordinating distance learning with Respect University, and coordinating with community based organizations and non-governmental organisatons that offer vocational training.
