This short video is a production of 16 women (11 refugees and 5 host) from Yumbe and Adjumani districts who benefited from a Basic Video Advocacy training given by Refugee Law Project. It highlights the challenges faced by Persons with Special Needs like the blind, disabled and the elderly from Bidibidi refugee settlement who cannot afford to pay the compulsory maintenance fee to get water at the borehole.
