This film highlights perspectives of northern Uganda’s war victims’ on international justice. It reveals that victims and survivors hold divergent opinions on questions of command responsibility, forgiveness, punishment and reintegration in post conflict Northern Uganda. 

The complexities surrounding Dominic Ongwen’s identity, as both a victim and an alleged perpetrator are central to the trial at the ICC and as such pose a justice dilemma for war victims and survivors.
