Two days into the historic trial of Thomas Kwoyelo that had commenced at Gulu High Court on Monday 24th 2018, the panel of 3 High Court judges adjourned the court proceedings before charges were read to the accused following critical objections from the Defense counsel. 

We present to you the opinions of the Victims’ and Defense counsels regarding the adjournment of these proceedings.

The trial will resume on 5th November 2018.
