Access to Justice for Forced Migrants /  28 April 2020 /  2161 views

In 2009, the Refugee Law Project initiated training on refugee matters for Police Officers stationed in Kampala Police Stations in areas with heavy concentrations of refugees. As a result there was a request by the Inspector General of Police Major General Kale Kayihura to incorporate refugee issues into the Curriculum of the National Police Training School. This seven minutes film gives you video documentation of the successful training carried by the Refugee Law Project out for Police Instructors at the Kabalye National Police Training School in May 2011.
