Was Senoir Research & Advocacy Advisor(Former Head of Research & Advocacy Dept) - Moses first joined the RLP as a volunteer in 2000-2001. After completing his Master's in International Human Rights Law and post Graduate Diploma in Forced Migration Refugee Studies at the American University in Cairo (AUC), he returned to the RLP as a Research & Advocacy Officer in January 2005. He conducted research across many regions of Uganda and contributed to a number of RLP publications. In addition he contributed book chapters as well as published in internationally acclaimed peer reviewed journals.
