What would you do in an area where your health depends on the cellular network? This film brings to light how many mothers are losing life in the refugee settlements of Uganda because they cannot call for help at the time of need due to poor network system/coverage. Refugee and host youth have come together to use video to advocate for what affects their community and this film is an appeal to phone companies to extend their infrastructure in refugee settlement.
